2. Repealer of Article 2
(Sections 1310-1314) and new Article 2 (Sections 1310-1314) filed 9-25-81;
effective thirtieth day thereafter (Register 81, No. 39). For prior history,

3. Amendment of NOTE filed 9-3-99;
operative 10-3-99 (Register 99, No. 36).
4. Repealer of article 2
(sections 1310-1315) and section filed 12-27-2006 as an emergency; operative
1-1-2007 (Register 2006, No. 52). A Certificate of Compliance must be
transmitted to OAL by 5-1-2007 or emergency language will be repealed by
operation of law on the following day.
5. Repealer of article 2
(sections 1310-1315) and section refiled 5-1-2007 as an emergency; operative
5-2-2007 (Register 2007, No. 18). A Certificate of Compliance must be
transmitted to OAL by 8-30-2007 or emergency language will be repealed by
operation of law on the following day.
