Motor vehicles (except school buses) propelled by fuel that is liquid at normal atmospheric pressures and temperatures shall be subject to the requirements of Subpart E, Part 393, Title 49, Code of Federal Regulations, as published on October 1, 2014, which is hereby incorporated by reference.

2. Amendment of first paragraph and repealer of
