Section 431.00 - Fee for Recording Notice of Delinquent Toll Evasion Violation

Pursuant to Section 4773 of the Vehicle Code, the department shall assess on the processing agency a fee of $2.00 for each notice of delinquent toll evasion violation filed with the department according to Section 40267 of the Vehicle Code.
