Section 350.12 - Priority for Processing Governmental Requests

Governmental requests for information shall be process in accordance with the following priorities:

(a) Departmental processing.

(b) Law Enforcement request processing.

(c) Court request processing.

(d) Other governmental request processing.

1. Change without regulatory effect renumbering former section 320.12 to section 350.12 filed 7-19-93 pursuant to title 1, section 100, California Code of Regulations (Register 93, No. 30).
