Section 345.20 - Renewal of Operator License

(a) The term of a renewal license shall be one year.

(b) An operator shall renew the operator license by submitting to any inspector office of the department, appropriate fees and an Application for Renewal of Traffic Violator School Operator License, form OL 756 (Rev 2/94), which is hereby incorporated by reference, and evidence of completion of an approved four hour operator educational program.

(c) Renewal applications submitted after the expiration date of the operator license shall not be accepted or processed. An operator whose license has expired shall comply with all original licensing requirements as described in Section 345.04 of this Article prior to being relicensed by the department.
