Section 340.10 - Applications

All applications for licenses under Chapter 1, Division 5 (commencing with Section 11100) of the Vehicle Code shall be made on forms furnished by the department. All applications for original licenses shall be accompanied by two clear sets of fingerprints on standard fingerprint cards. All applications for renewal of instructor licenses shall be accompanied by a medical examination report at least every three years. Evidence of possession of a valid Medical Examiner's Certificate may be accepted in lieu of the medical examination report.
