Section 343.03 - Record Keeping and Reporting Requirements for Participating Driving Schools. [Repealed]
1. New
section filed 1-18-96 as an emergency; operative 1-18-96 (Register 96, No. 3).
A Certificate of Compliance must be transmitted to OAL by 5-17-96 or emergency
language will be repealed by operation of law on the following
day.
2. New section refiled 5-17-96 as an emergency; operative
5-17-96 (Register 96, No. 20). A Certificate of Compliance must be transmitted
to OAL by 9-16-96 or emergency langauge will be repealed by operation of law on
the following day.
3. Editorial correction of subsections (a)(2) and
(a)(4) (Register 96, No. 42).
4. Certificate of Compliance as to
1-18-96 order, including amendment of subsection (a)(4), transmitted to OAL
9-11-96 and filed 10-18-96 (Register 96, No. 42).
5. Change without
regulatory effect repealing section filed 3-5-2001 pursuant to section
100, title 1, California Code of
Regulations (Register 2001, No. 10).
