section filed 3-1-2004 as an emergency; operative 3-1-2004 (Register 2004, No.
10). A Certificate of Compliance must be transmitted to OAL by 6-29-2004 or
emergency language will be repealed by operation of law on the following
day.
2. Certificate of Compliance as to 3-1-2004 order transmitted
to OAL 6-16-2004 and filed 7-21-2004 (Register 2004, No. 30).

Change without regulatory effect renumbering former section 159.00 to new
section 157.02 filed 7-20-2023 pursuant to
section 100, title 1, California Code of
Regulations (Register 2023, No. 29).
