STUDENT LICENSES
Section 101.05 - Business Hours [Renumbered]
1. New
article 2.5 (sections 101.05-101.50, not consecutive) filed 2-22-85 as an
emergency; effective upon filing (Register 85, No. 10). A Certificate of
Compliance must be transmitted to OAL within 120 days or emergency language
will be repealed on 6-24-85.
2. Order of Repeal of article 2.5
(sections 101.05-101.50, not consecutive) filed 7-22-85 by OAL pursuant to
Government Code section
11349.6
(Register 85, No. 30).
3. New article 2.5 (sections 101.05-101.50,
not consecutive) filed 7-24-85 as an emergency; effective upon filing (Register
85, No. 30). A Certificate of Compliance must be transmitted to OAL within 120
days or emergency language will be repealed on 11-21-85.
