| The Commissioner or the Commissioner's designee may determine in writing that a particular consultant or new position, although a "designated position," is hired to perform a range of duties that is limited in scope and thus is not required to fully comply with the disclosure requirements described in this section. Such written determination shall include a description of the consultant's or new position's duties and, based on that description, a statement of the extent of the disclosure requirements. The Commissioner's or the Commissioner's designee's determination is a public record and shall be retained for public inspection in the same manner and location as this conflict-of-interest code. 1-15-2013 to replace the conflict-of-interest code amendments filed on 4-12-2010 and
3-15-2012, which are both void due to the agency's failure to properly follow the
notice requirements of the Political Reform Act. This conflict-of-interest code,
which was originally effective on 12-15-2005, and is, therefore, the most recently
legally adopted code, replaces the voided conflict-of-interest codes (Register 2013,
No. 10).
