Section 2632.14.2 - Good Driver Discount Policies from Companies Within Insurance Groups. [Repealed]
1. New section
filed 3-12-90 as an emergency; operative 3-12-90 (Register 90, No. 12). A
Certificate of Compliance must be transmitted to OAL within 120 days or emergency
language will be repealed by operation of law on 7-10-90.

filed 7-5-90 as an emergency readoption; operative 7-11-90 (Register 90, No. 35). A
Certificate of Compliance must be transmitted to OAL by 11-8-90 or emergency
language will be repealed by operation of law on the following day.
