1. Repealer of
article 6 (sections 2620.1-2620.11) filed 5-30-96 as an emergency; operative
5-30-96 (Register 96, No. 22). A Certificate of Compliance must be transmitted
to OAL by 9-27-96 or emergency language will be repealed by operation of law on
the following day.
2. Certificate of Compliance as to 5-30-96 order
transmitted to OAL 9-26-96 and filed 11-5-96 (Register 96, No. 45). For prior
history of article 6, see Register 96, No. 22.
