Section 2509.75 - Hearing on Petition
The Commissioner may, but is not required to hold a hearing or accept argument on the petition for reconsideration.
1. New section
filed 2-22-99 as an emergency; operative 2-22-99 (Register 99, No. 9). A Certificate
of Compliance must be transmitted to OAL by 6-18-99 or emergency language will be
repealed by operation of law on the following day.

Compliance must be transmitted to OAL by 10-18-99 or emergency language will be
repealed by operation of law on the following day.
