The Commissioner will accept a combination consisting of a letter of credit filed with him and a deposit of securities to meet the statutory deposit requirements set forth and referenced in California Insurance Code Section 11691. If such combination is used, a separate fee for review must be paid for the deposit and the letter of credit.
