This Article is promulgated pursuant to the authority granted to the Commissioner under the provisions of Part 7, Division 2 of the Insurance Code.

(Sections 2570-2570.09, not consecutive) filed 3-8-79; effective thirtieth day
thereafter (Register 79, No. 10).
2. New Article 16 (Sections
2570-2570.09, not consecutive) refiled 3-16-79 as an emergency; effective upon
filing (Register 79, No. 10).
