Section 2523 - Purpose

The purpose of this Article is to implement, interpret and make specific the provisions of Section 10168.25 of the Insurance Code, which governs minimum nonforfeiture values for annuities subject to that section.
1. New article 10.2 (sections 2523-2523.6) and section filed 12-19-2012; operative 12-19-2012 pursuant to Government Code section 11343.4 (Register 2012, No. 51).
