No group disability policy provision which is not a subject of Sections 2232.16 to 2232.40, inclusive, of this article shall make any policy subject to this article or any portion thereof less favorable in any respect to the policyholder, to any person insured thereunder or to any beneficiary than the provisions which are subject to this article.
