Section 2218.6 - Subsequent Review of Approved Forms
Documents which are returned to the insurer by the Department as approved and filed for use under Section 10191, as provided in Section 2218.5 (b)(1) of this regulation, may be subsequently reviewed by the Insurance Commissioner when the Insurance Commissioner deems necessary. The review by the Commissioner shall be based upon the guidelines in effect on the date the document was filed.
