Section 2207 - Form in Which Documents Must be Filed, and Filer's Responsibility for Complying with California Law
Only those documents submitted in the final form in which they will be issued will be approved or accepted for filing by the Commissioner. The insurer is responsible for conforming its documents to California law before submitting those documents to the Commissioner.
