Section 2204 - Billing and Payment of Fees

(a) Fees for documents described in subdivisions (1) through (12) of § 2202(a) shall be computed and entered by the Commissioner on the Document Submission Form accompanying the submission. See § 2216 for instructions on preparing the Document Submission Form.
(b) Fees for all other documents described in this Article shall be entered on a Filing Fee Invoice supplied and prepared by the Commissioner.
(c) All filing fees shall be due and payable upon receipt of an invoice from the Commissioner.
