Rules Covering Specific Policy Forms Heretofore Submitted to the Commissioner
Section 2174 - Placement of Insurance with Alien Nonadmitted Insurers. [Repealed]
1. New section
filed 12-28-90 as an emergency; operative 1-27-91 (Register 91, No. 4). A
Certificate of Compliance must be transmitted to OAL by 5-28-91 or emergency
language will be repealed by operation of law on the following day.

11346.1(g)

3. New section filed 7-1-91 as an emergency;
operative 7-1-91 (Register 91, No. 41). A Certificate of Compliance must be
