Section 2114.3 - Written Statement; on Revision or Correction of Contract
If a contract of sale be revised or corrected after its original execution and at a time when the purchaser is not present at the premises of the dealer the requirement of Section 2114 with respect to the signing of the Statement of Insurance by the purchaser shall be deemed complied with if the dealer promptly mails to the purchaser at the purchaser's last known address two signed copies of said statement with a request to the purchaser that the purchaser execute and return one of them.
