Section 2101.2 - Records; Temporary Associations
If two or more bail agents or permittees are temporarily associated for the purposes of a single or series of bail transactions, each shall be responsible for keeping sufficient records to identify the transactions and to meet the requirements of this article with respect to the portion of the transaction conducted by the bail agent or permittee.
