Section 2077.1 - Identification Card
Every bail licensee shall keep in said bail licensee's possession an identification card issued to said bail licensee by the commissioner and shall, upon request, show it to any person with whom the bail licensee transacts bail. A bail licensee shall not permit any other person to use the bail licensee's identification card for any purpose. The identification card shall be returned to the commissioner immediately upon the termination of all of the holder's bail licenses.
