Section 2059 - Solicitor, Other Licenses Prohibited

A person licensed as a bail solicitor may not at the same time be licensed as:

(a) A bail agent.

(b) A bail permittee.

(c) A bail solicitor for more than one employer unless all such employers are partners, in which event the bail solicitor shall be licensed as a solicitor for all partners.
