An applicant shall notify the program in writing within thirty (30) days of any change of the applicant's billing address or any change of residence of a person participating in the program.
1. New section
filed 2-20-98 as an emergency; operative 2-20-98 (Register 98, No. 8). A Certificate
of Compliance must be transmitted to OAL by 6-22-98 or emergency language will be
repealed by operation of law on the following day.
2. Certificate of
Compliance as to 2-20-98 order transmitted to OAL 6-5-98 and filed 7-15-98 (Register
98, No. 29).
