Section 2699.645 - Premium Payment to Program. [Renumbered]
1. New section filed
5-5-93 as an emergency; operative 7-1-93 (Register 93, No. 19). A Certificate of
Compliance must be transmitted to OAL 10-29-93 or emergency language will be
repealed by operation of law on the following day.
2. Certificate of
Compliance as to 5-5-93 order transmitted to OAL 8-27-93 and filed 10-12-93
(Register 93, No. 42).
3. Amendment of section heading and text filed
12-30-93 as an emergency; operative 12-30-93 (Register 93, NO. 53). A Certificate of
Compliance must be transmitted to OAL by 4-28-94 or emergency language will be
repealed by operation of law on the following day.
