Section 8330 - Grounds for Rejection

(a) GO-Biz reserves the right to waive any immaterial deviation, which is anything other than the events listed in Section 8330(b) below, in a proposal. However, the waiver of an immaterial deviation in a request for proposal shall in no way excuse the Applicant from full compliance with the request for proposal requirements after the Applicant is awarded iHub designation pursuant to the terms of the MOU.

(b) A request for proposal shall be rejected if any of the following exist:

(1) The request for proposal package is received after the time and date set for receipt of proposals;

(2) The request for proposal does not meet the requirements and is not prepared as specified in the application format section;

(3) The request for proposal contains false or misleading statements or references which do not support attributes or conditions contended by the Applicant and, if in the opinion of GO-Biz, such information was intended to mislead the Review Committee in its evaluation of the proposal; or

(4) The request for proposal is confidential, conditional, and incomplete or if it contains any irregularities.
