Section 10.16177 - Blanket Approval

Pursuant to Financial Code Section 1811(d), approval is granted for a subject institution to withdraw, and for the approved depository of such subject institution to release, eligible assets from a pledge deposit during a maintenance period, provided that the subject institution and such approved depository comply with the provisions of Sections 10.16178 and 10.16179 of this Chapter.
