Section 10.6000 - Definition of "Subject Institution" and Scope

(a) In this Article, "subject institution" means a California state bank.
(b) This Article contains regulations relating to offices of subject institutions. This Subarticle contains general provisions relating to offices of subject institutions. Subarticle 2 (commencing with Section 10.6100) of this Article contains regulations relating to head offices of subject institutions. Subarticle 3 (commencing with Section 10.6600) of this Article contains regulations relating to branch offices of subject institutions. Subarticle 4 (commencing with Section 10.9000) of this Article contains regulations relating to places of business of subject institutions. Subarticle 5 (commencing with Section 10.11000) of this Article contains regulations relating to extensions of offices of subject institutions. Subarticle 6 (commencing with Section 10.11700) of this Article contains regulations relating to foreign offices of representatives of subject institutions.
