Section 1.1009.5 - Commissioner

"Commissioner" means:

(a) The Commissioner of Business Oversight of the State of California;

(b) Whenever the Chief Deputy Commissioner of Business Oversight of the State of California has all of the powers and duties of the Commissioner of Business Oversight of the State of California pursuant to Financial Code Section 356, such Chief Deputy Commissioner of Business Oversight of the State of California; or

(c) Any person to whom the Commissioner of Business Oversight of the State of California or the Chief Deputy Commissioner of Business Oversight of the State of California, as the case may be, delegates the authority to act for him or her in the particular matter.

1. Change without regulatory effect renumbering former section 1.1026 to new section 1.1009.5, including amendment of section heading, section and NOTE filed 8-19-97 pursuant to section 100, title 1, California Code of Regulations (Register 97, No. 34).
2. Change without regulatory effect amending section and NOTE filed 8-21-2019 pursuant to section 100, title 1, California Code of Regulations (Register 2019, No. 34).
