Rule 209.01.21-001 - Arkansas Livestock and Poultry Rules for the Administration Of The National Poultry Improvement Plan (NPIP)

Purpose

These rules are promulgated by the authority of the designation of the Arkansas Livestock &Poultry Commission (Commission) as an Official State Agency authorized to cooperate with the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) - Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service (APHIS) in the administration of the NPIP.

Incorporation by reference of National Poultry Improvement Plan Standards

The Commission hereby incorporates by reference the National Poultry Improvement Plan Standards, as amended by APHIS from time to time, as provisions of this rule as though set forth herein line for line and word for word.

Applicability

All NPIP participants shall comply with the provisions of this rule.
