205. Approval of continuing
education courses by State Board of Private Career Education.
Only those courses which are approved by the state Board of Private Career Education or which are exempted from such approval by Section 5(a) of Act 814 of 1991 [Ark. Code Ann. Subsection 17-35-506(a) ] shall be accepted by the Commission for continuing education credit.
