Rule 060.00.12-003 - Regulation 18 - Governing Centralized Verification Service (CCVS)
Pursuant to Ark Code Ann. § 17-95-107(d)(7) provides that the Board may charge credentialing organizations a reasonable fee for the use of credentialing services as established by rule and regulation.
Credentialing Organizations will be charged the following fee for requests for physician information:

Recredentialing Information (Out of birth month cycle) Effective January 1, 2003 |

Credentialing or Recredentialing Information Concerning out of state physicians requiring a license pursuant to ACA § 17-95-206 |
