Rule 060.00.07-001 - Regulation 18: Fees for out of state tele-medicine physicians to the CCVS (Centralized Credentials Verification System)
Pursuant to Ark Code Ann. § 17-95-107(d)(7) provides that the Board may charge credentialing organizations a reasonable fee for the use of credentialing services as established by rule and regulation.
Credentialing Organizations will be charged the following fee for requests for physician information:

A. One time entity setup fee: |
