Health Services Commission Policies and Procedures for
PERMIT OF APPROVAL REVIEW
Modifications.Subject to Review:
A modification, in a previously approved project, that does not add beds and merely replaces existing beds with new construction and that the Agency has determined meets the Commission's criteria and standards shall be eligible for an expedited review.
