DIVISION 2 PARAGRAPH 5
Any application received after the thirty (30) day renewal period shall be treated as an application for a new license, shall be accompanied by a $100.00 fee and must be filed thirty (30) days prior to any special or regular meeting of the Board. The applicant shall not have a valid license until said application is approved by the Board.
