Rule 13. CONSTRUCTION INDUSTRY TRAINING GRANTS
To be eligible to receive a Construction Industry Training Grant, an apprenticeship program must meet the following requirements:

The application form can be obtained from the Arkansas Contractors Licensing Board staff. The deadline will be established by the Arkansas Contractors Licensing Board.
Monies for this program are available to qualified construction programs only as determined by the Board.
All apprenticeship programs, secondary schools offering construction industry training and coalitions of such programs may apply for grant funding.
SUMMARY: In its Budget Appropriation, Act 250 of 2009, the Arkansas Legislature gave the Contractors Licensing Board the authority to issue grants to Construction Industry Training Programs, including construction related apprenticeships and secondary schools in Arkansas. This regulation sets out the procedures and guidelines in distributing the grants to the apprenticeship programs and secondary schools in Arkansas.
Rule 14 CONSTRUCTION TRADES TRAINING GRANTS FOR SECONDARY SCHOOLS
To be eligible to receive a Construction Trades Training Grant, a Secondary School must meet the following requirements:
