REGULATION
At a regularly called meeting of the State Board of Barber Examiners held at the Waldon Building, on October 11, 1966, at 9:00 A.M., with a quorum of the Board present the following regulation concerning the qualifications for barber school teachers was passed unanimously on motion and seconded by the members present;
RESOLVED:
Every person employed in a barber school or college to instruct and teach students therein shall be a licensed, registered barber;
1) who has practiced as a Registered Barber for at least 3 years in this state, and;
2) is 21 years of age and has had 600 hours of teacher training in a barber school or college over a period of not less than 4 months, and;
3) who has passed an instructors examination given by the Board and who has received an instructor's permit. Prerequisite to the instructors examination the applicant shall pay an examination fee.
