Rules and Regulations REgarding the Operation and Parking of Motor Vehicles on or adjacent to Arkansas Territorial Restoration Property

All visitor and staff parking spaces will be assigned by the Director of the Territorial Restoration. This assignment will constitute the authorized use of parking spaces at the Territorial Restoration.

All visitors will be requested through appropriate and visible signage on the parking lot to leave their vehicle license numbers at the Territorial Restoration's visitor reception desk. This action will confirm the authorized use of the visitor spaces.

Visitors using the spaces on the north side of 3rd Street between Scott and Cumberland Streets following City Ordinance #10021 shall confirm the authorized use of the spaces with a window cards obtainable at the reception desk.

The unauthorized parking of vehicles in the parking lot, on the sidewalks, grounds, streets, alleys and drive ways on or adjacent to the Arkansas Territorial Restoration property shall constitute a violation subject to an administration charge through the ticketing of said vehicles, or by the removal of said vehicles by a towing service, at the owners' expense.

The enforcement of these rules and regulations is assigned to the security staff of the Arkansas Territorial Restoration, along with other duties relating to the protection of the museum's collection, buildings, grounds, staff and visitors, following Arkansas Statutes, 7-112 - 7-120.
