Regulation 14 (c) (A) is hereby amended to read as follows:
(A) An individual shall be ineligible to receive benefits, waiting period credit or noncompensable week credit under Arkansas Code 11-10-507 of the Arkansas Employment Security Law for any week in which he fails to report to an Employment Security Department office in person, by telephone, or by other means on the assigned date and time as directed by the Employment Security Department unless it is determined by said Agency that he had good cause for failing to so report.
This amended regulation shall take effect and be in full force on and after July 1, 2003.
