Section 1.19 Types of Permits for Which Application May Be Made.

Native Brandy
Permit authorizes the manufacture and sale of brandy, cordials
or other distillates or component parts thereof manufactured from agricultural
or horticultural products produced solely in Arkansas. (Adopted 09-01-2021)
