(16) Posting of Pregnancy Warning. All permits shall post, in a conspicuous place at the permitted premises, a printed sign measuring 8 1/2 x 11 inches, the following warning "Warning: Drinking alcoholic beverages during pregnancy may cause birth defects." The warning shall be printed in English and Spanish.
