111 Community Service Revolving Fund
I. POLICY: Offenders on parole or "Act 378
participants" (as defined in AR 880, Youthful Offender Alternative Service Act
of 1975) shall be charged a monthly supervision fee to be determined by the
Board of Correction. The fees collected shall be used for the establishment and
operation of community service centers or for other purposes as approved by the
Board of Correction.
II.
EXPLANATION:
A. Collection and disbursement
of fees shall be governed by the Department of Finance and Administration rules
and regulations and Department of Correction accounting procedures.
B. The Parole Division and the Community
Services Division, in cooperation with the Business Division, shall develop
standard operating procedures for the initiation and administration of this
policy for the approval of the Director.
