Illegally-taken mussel shells, furs, pelts, game, and fish shall be seized and, if salable, shall be sold and the proceeds ttierefrom placed in the Game Protection Fund. If not salable, edible game and fish shall be given to a charitable institution, a non-profit organization, public school lunches, or to needy persons approved by a wildlife officer. Deer killed by motor vehicles shall, if edible, be disposed of in the same manner.
Seizure of tackle and/or equi, ment - Any unlicensed or illegal tackle, traps or any device in violation of Commission Regulations shall be seized by Wildlife Officers and di$posed of according to Commission Code.
01.00-E Wildlife, or parts thereof, taken in violation of State laws or re-
gulations and transported across statelines is a violation of Fed-
eral laws.
Section 02.00 Game Seasons and Bag Limits
Either-Sex, October 1, 1983 - February 29, 1984. Zone 4 Closed. (Ref. Sec. 0.800) EXCEPTIONS:
November 12. 1983 through November 20, 1983. November 25, 1983 through November 26, 1983. December 12, 1983 through December 17, 1983. (Ref. 02.03 Muzzle-Loading Deer Season). PENALTY: $200.00 to $500.00.
October 22-30. 1983 and December 19, 1983 - January 2, 1984 open to either-sex in zones 1.3,5.9,11,13, 20; bucks only in zones 2,6.7. 8 and 10

Fish Commission shall be required to retain and make available for inspection by an authorized agent of the Commission, a copy or stub (whichever is appropriate) of all licenses, permits or tags issued by said dealer until the.expiration date of such license, perniit or tag. Failure to comply with this' order will result in automatic cancellation of license dealership by the Fiscal and Administration Services Division of the Arkansas Game and Fish Commission. No license dealer so cancelled shall be reinstated until such reinstatement shall have been approved by the Chief Fiscal Officer.
in the event such dealer, his agents or assigns, shall be in violation hereof after his authority to sell such license has been revoked for a previous violation and such authority subsequently reinstated, the authority of such dealer, his agent or assigns, to sell Arkansas hunting or fishing license or permits shall be permanently revoked.
