ZONE 20 -ARKANSAS LANDS WITHIN THE MISSISSIPPI RIVER LEVEES

All Arkansas Lands lying between the Arkansas-Tennessee State Line and the Arkansas-Mississippi State Line and a Line described as follows:

From a point on the Arkansas-Tennessee State Line due west of the east end of Arkansas Highway 118 to the end of Arkansas Highway 118 ; then following Arkansas Highway 118 to Its junction with the Mississippi River Levee; south on Mississippi River Levee from Junction Arkansas 118 to Junction Horseshoe Lake Bayou; then including lands surrounded by Horseshoe Lake Bayou, Horseshoe Lake, and Porter Lakejthen south on Mississippi River Levee to its end near the St. Francis River; then on a line due west from this point across the St. Francis River to the St. Francis Forest Boundary, south along ths St. Francis Forest Boundary to Its junction with Hoily street at the southeastern corner of the StJ Francis Forest, south on Holly Street to the Mississippi River Levee, south on Mississippi River Levee to Its Junction with the Missouri-Pacific Railroad Track south of Snow Lake; south along railroad tracks to Its Junction with the White River; south on the Arkansas-Desha County line following the White River; through the Cut-Off, then south on the Arkansas River, then west on the Narrows to the east section line of Section 15, Township 9 South, Range 1 West, South along said section line to Its Junction with the Mississippi River Levee, south on the Mississippi River Levee to Itsjunctlon with the Louisiana State Line.
