10.06 SNARE RESTRICTIONS. It shall be unlawful to takeor attempt to take wildlife by the use of snares other than water sets.

PENALTY: $50.00 to $300.00.

10.07 TRAP CHECKING REQUIRED. It shall be unlawful to use traps without checking daily and removing the catch.

PENALTY: $50.00 to $300.00.

10.08 TRAP IDENTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS. It shall be unlawful to use any trap for taking fur-bearing animals without a legible name and address or current vehicle license number, registered to the trap user.affixed thereto. PENALTY: $25.00 to $250.00

10.09 BOX TRAP RESTRICTIONS. It shall be unlawful to take wildlife by the use of box traps or to take game birds by the use of wood or wire traps. EXCEPTIONS:

(1! Rabbits taken during declared open rabbit season with box traps having interior dimensions not larger than 8 inches in width and 10 inches in height, and no more than 8 traps per individual. PENALTY: $25.00 to $250.00.

10.10 AMMUNITION PROHIBITED FOR TAKING FUR-BEARERS. It shall be unlawful to take or attempt to take fur-bearers with any rifled slug or shot ammunition larger than No. 4 common shot (.13 inch in diameter), or with any ammunition for rifle or pistol other than 22 caliber rim fire.

EXCEPTIONS:

(1) During daylight hours of open gun deer seasons.

(2) In compliance with Commission Code 18.09 (Depredation Permit).

(3) ( In compliance with Commission Code 02.09, (Fur-bearing Animal Seasons). PENALTY: $250.00 to $1,000.00. In addition, a jail sentence not to exceed one year may be imposed, as well as suspension of hunting and fishing privileges for a period of up to two years. Furthermore, equipment used in such violations (including but not limited to killing devices and lights) may be confiscated by the court, forfeited to the State, and disposed of according to law.

North on Arkansas Highway 27 from Nashville to Kirby, north on U.S. Highway 70 from Kirby to Glenwood, east on Arkansas Highway 8 from Glenwood to Junction Interstate 30 near Arkadelphia, north on Interstate 30 from Junction Arkansas Highway 8 to Junction Arkansas River; south on Arkansas River from Junction Interstate 30 to Junction U.S. Highway 79 north of Pine Bluff, south on U.S. Highway 79 from Junction Arkansas River lo Camden, north on Arkansas Highway 24 from Camden to Nashville.

Boundaries - Start at Junction Interstate 30 and Arkansas River.
