ARKANSAS GAME AND FISH COMMISSION LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS

ORDER

It shall be unlawful to hunt any wild game on the Lafayette County Wildlife Management Area on October, 2 8th and 29th, 1972 without first obtaining a permit from the International Paper Company whose address is:

Lafayette County Wildlife Management Area International Paper Company, Woodlands Division Springhill, Louisiana 71075

(Permits cost $5,00 each.) Only one legal buck (bonus deer) and other in-season game may be taken. All game taken must be checked at Check Stations before leaving the management area.

Camping is permitted in designated areas during this (special) hunt only. PENALTY: $25.00 to $300.00

ORDER

AMENDED

It shall be unlawful to fish in the following named waters with any tackle or equipment whatsoever except rod or pole:

Lake Bailey, Lake Bentonville, Craighead Forest Lake, Crowley's Ridge State Park Lake, Lake Lou Emma, Shady Lake, Spring Lake (Yell County), Lake Sylvia, Lake Kingfisher, White and Norfork Rivers from Bull Shoals Dam and Norfork Dam to Lock No. 3 on White River, Spring River and tributaries from Dam No. 1 to Dam No. 3, Fourch La Fave River from Nimrod Dam to Highway No. 7 bridge, and the Arkansas River from Dardanelle Dam to Highway No. 7 bridge.

PENALTY: $10.00 - $100.00

ORDER

It shall be unlawful to fish for commercial purposes at any time in any manner in any lake constructed and/or managed by the Arkansas Game and Fish Commission except as follows: Lake Over cup in Conway County, Lake Harris Brake in Perry County, Millwood Reservoir in Sevier, Howard, Little River and Hempstead Counties, from September 5, 1972 through April 30, 1973.

All waters mentioned above may be commercially fished with not less than 3" bar mesh gill and trammel nets only. PENALTY: $50.00 - $250.00
