ORDER
It shall be unlawful to hunt in any manner or to possess firearms on any Corps of Engineers Recreation or Public Use Area where signs are posted prohibiting such hunting or firearms possession. Each Area so closed must be separately approved by the Director of the Commission. PENALTY: $25.00 - $200.00
SECTION 49 AMENDED
The Commission may issue the following permits to persons, firms or corporations:
B. Fur-bearing animal, bullfrog, and game bird permit at a fee of twenty-five dollars ($25.00) per annum, and holders thereof shall be permitted to raise fur-bearing animals, bullfrogs, and game birds for sale, within or without the State. All shipments must be plainly marked so as to show contents, consignor, consignee and serial number of shipper's permit. All permitees shall mail or deliver to the Commission, on the first day of each month an itemized inventory of all fur-bearing animals, bullfrogs and game birds held under the terms of said permit.
C. That the sale of wild bobwhite quail, for any purpose, is expressly prohibited, and that no permit can be issued whereby wild bobwhite quail can be sold for any purpose.
PENALTY: $25.00 - $300.00
AMENDED ORDER
ORDER
It shall be unlawful to fish for commercial purposes in any manner during the months of July, August, and September, EXCEPT from sunset to sunrise with 3" or larger bar mesh gill nets in the Old River lakes of White River, from its mouth to the mouth of the Cache River, and all Old River lakes lying between the White River and the Cache River from Highway 64, south to the joining of the two rivers above Clarendon. (The lakes within the White River Refuge are not included.)
Tackle must be attended at all times and a written request must be made to the Wildlife Officer of the County in which the lake is located, prior to the time of exercising this privilege. PENALTY: $50.00 - $300.00
