ARKANSAS GAME AND FISH COMMISSION LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS

ORDER

It shall be unlawful to fish for commercial purposes in the following areas: that part of Pope County lying North of Interstate 40 and East of Highway 7, and that part lying North of the Missouri Pacific Railroad and West of Highway 7; that part of Franklin County lying North of the Missouri Pacific Railroad and East of Highway 23, and that part lying North of Interstate 40 and West of Highway 23; that part of Johnson County lying North of the Missouri Pacific Railroad; that part of Logan County lying South of Highway 10, and those parts of Dardanelle Lake in Logan County known as Shoal Creek Bay and Cane Creek Bay as marked closed by signs, and that part of Delaware Bay lying South of Highway 22; that part of Yell County lying West of Highway 7 and South of Highway 10, and those parts of Dardanelle Lake in Yell County known as Dardanelle Bay as marked closed by signs, and that part of Delaware Bay lying South of Highway 22.

In addition, it shall be unlawful to-fish any nets in any part of Dardanelle Lake unless such nets are anchored so that they are no nearer the surface than three (3) feet.

PENALTY: $50.00 - $500.00
